Gateway Ticketing Systems Provides Point of Sale and Retail Solution for Middle East’s First Indoor/Outdoor Water Park
Boyertown, PA – (April, 2009) Gateway Ticketing Systems recently completed the installation of a Point of Sale ticketing and retail solution at Wahoo! Waterpark in Bahrain. Galaxy Point of Sale and the industry-leading Counterpoint inventory management solution will be implemented at the new park.
Wahoo! Waterpark chose Prologic First Dubai, Gateway Ticketing Systems’ reseller for the Middle East, as the system integrator responsible for managing the project. Aruna Jagtiani, Manager of Sales and Marketing at Prologic First Dubai, described why it was an easy decision for Wahoo! Waterpark to go with Prologic First and Gateway. “We already provide the top-level support for four water parks in this region, namely Wild Wadi, Dreamland Aqua Park, Cleopark Egypt and Atlantis. This is an indication of our ability to successfully handle projects such as these.”
Corporate WISH CRS Live
The first installation of Prologic First’s new Microsoft .NET based Central Reservation System (CRS) – Corporate WISH CRS - has gone live at Constance Group of Hotels. The chain is using the CRS to accept reservations at their luxury resort properties in Mauritius, Seychelles and Maldives. The CRS, uniquely, captures all pre-arrival details and is also used for assigning rooms. In fact, the CRS operates (barring a few electronic archival features) exactly the same way as the PMS (Prologic First’s WISH.NET) installed at each property in the chain. A two way interface synchronizes data between the CRS and the PMS installed at each property. The CRS is also interfaced with the chain’s central guest history system (Corporate WISH CGH). NEW .NET BASED CRS
A new Central Reservation System developed using Microsoft .NET technology has been commissioned for the Constance Group of Hotels in Mauritius. The CRS is unique because, it shares it’s database with the Front Office when used with Prologic First’s hosted multi-property WISH.NET software. Ensuring that availability and reservations are perfectly synchronized between the two systems. Constance Hotels have deployed Corporate WISH CRS for their luxury resort properties in Mauritius, Seychelles, Madagascar and Maldives. All these hotels use WISH.NET and other integrated software modules from Prologic First.
FIRST SaaS USERS IN LONDON
Prologic First software is, now, used by hotels in a hosted model. The application is hosted remotely. Users connect to the server via remote log-in and/or a browser to use the software and perform their functions. The hotel pays for using the software as a service (SaaS). The hotel benefits by not having to invest in servers, application software and systems administration without having to compromise on functionality or performance.
NEW RESTAURANT RESERVATION SYSTEM
Prologic First is happy to announce a new addition to it’s family of products for the food service industry. A new
multi-outlet, multi-location table reservation system that is integrated with it’s POS and it’s frequent diner database. POS integration leads to better control and table management. Integration with the frequent diner database improves CRM at the outlet(s).
