Upon signing the Commercial Proposal and/or the Maintenance Proposal sent to you by Prologic First, you fully accept the Prologic First Standard Terms & Conditions, agree to be bound by its terms and enter into contractual obligations with Prologic First as a contractor related to the delivery of software and services specified in the Commercial Proposal and/or the Maintenance Proposal.
