Mobile Reporting

A free application available with Touché software and Android Touché that allows owners and managers to request operational and analytical reports. As .pdf documents, by sending a text or email message to their Touché Server. Another exciting way to stay informed and take decisions, while on the move.

Repeat Diner Profile

A database of diners that could be used to record repeat diners and/or members of a dining program. The database is key to CRM. It may be used as a list for targeted marketing communications. Touché software is even more useful as a repository of guest specific preferences so that services can be customized. Finally, Touché Profiler provides valuable insight into customer specific spend patterns and may be used to 'mine' correlations between guest profile and their spending.

Loyalty Accounting

Touché Loyalty is a custom module that is added in to Touché Profiler for customers who wish to have a Loyalty Program. Loyalty Programs vary from user to user in terms of how they credit the account holder and how redemptions are done. To accommodate such user specific needs, Prologic First customises Touché Loyalty to each customer. Customisation includes computation of Loyalty Earnings & Redemption, Account Statements, generation of Accounting Journals and selected reports. Touché Loyalty in conjunction with Touché Profiler and a 3rd party bulk mailing service, is a complete CRM solution for F&B businesses.

Cashless/Stored Value Operations

Typically used in food courts, Touché Stored Value is an application that enables cashless operations. Guests at a food court may pre-pay to receive a stored value card of similar value and then use these cards to pay for purchase of F&B items in the food court. Much like Debit Cards, the ability to pay ends when the value stored in the card is depleted. The balance on the card may be supplemented through a top-up operation or may be cashed out. Cashless operations are known to drive additional customer spending and, hence, improve revenues of a food court. They also protect against inadvertent or deliberate revenue leakages.

Customer/POP Promotions Display

Commonly used at fast food counters for promotional purposes, the dual display is a second display attached to the POS software. Most often, this second display is used to cross promote other outlets of the chain, new menu items, announce promotions, etc. Where used, they also double up as an alternative to the traditional poll display used by QSRs to display the order being entered or the total of a guest check.

Kitchen Display Sysytem (KDS)

A more practical and widely used alternative to the KOT printer, in fast food outlets. The KDS is an interactive software for use by chefs to view orders and mark updates till the order is ready and collected. The KDS software requires intelligent interactive hardware that can withstand the high temperatures and greasy environment of a kitchen.

Table Reservations

Software that is likely to be used by busy seated dining outlets to reduce wait queues and to manage tables more efficiently. Using the Touché software, outlets can manage bookings such that they even the load through meal periods and optimise the covers they serve. Improving per seat, per meal period revenue. When booking requests exceed table availability, outlets are able to manage wait queues to reduce frustration and unhappiness amongst their guests. Using Touché Open Interfaces, Touché Table Reservations also receives reservations from the restaurant's own web site and 3rd party table booking channels to consolidate all bookings into one diary for use by the outlet host/hostess, for seating at the mealtime.

Central Configuration Managment
